Radiology Report

Clinical Information

CBCT acquired for implant site assessment, posterior right mandible. Full-volume interpretation requested.

Findings

The edentulous ridge at site #30 demonstrates adequate buccolingual width. The inferior alveolar canal is well-visualized, coursing 11.2 mm inferior to the crest at the proposed site.

Incidental to the referral reason: mucosal thickening along the floor of the right maxillary sinus; bilateral TMJ osseous structures within normal limits for age.

Impression

Site #30 is favorable for implant placement with respect to ridge dimension and canal proximity. Sinus findings are likely inflammatory; clinical correlation recommended.

04Study Purposes

Aligned to the patient in front of you.

At submission you select a study purpose. The full volume is always interpreted; the study purpose aligns the report's focus, analyses, and images to your clinical goals.

Airway

Lumen assessment across every segment, nasal fossae to hypopharynx, with cross-sectional dimensions. For sleep & airway practices

Endodontic

Periapical pathosis, root fractures and resorption, canal anatomy, and obturation, with depth matched to scan resolution. For endodontic practices

TMJ

Condylar cortical integrity, trabecular pattern, morphology, and spatial relationships.

Orthodontic

Full TMJ and airway evaluations plus eruption patterns and impacted, missing, or supernumerary teeth. For orthodontic practices

Implant

Site dimensions, bone quality, and relationships to nerves, sinuses, and adjacent teeth. For implant practices

Impaction

Tooth relationships, potential etiology, and anatomy that may complicate extraction.

Pathosis

Identification or rule-out with characterization of location, borders, density, and effect on adjacent structures.

Whatever the purpose, every report includes a panoramic reconstruction, a full pathology review, and explicit confirmation of negative findings for the area of interest. What's included, by study purpose

07Questions

FAQs

We tally your cases at the end of each month and bill at the best rate you've earned. If you cross a tier threshold, the lower rate applies to every case that month, including the ones submitted before you crossed it.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days in the US; Canadian times may vary by province. If a case is time-sensitive, the Rush add-on returns your report by the end of the next business day.
Rad Chats is direct access to your radiologist inside the VoxDental platform. Ask follow-up questions about a finding or anything in the report, and the conversation stays documented with the case.
No. There are no subscriptions, platform fees, or minimums. You pay per report, and volume discounts apply automatically as your monthly case count grows.
Specialized protocols require an access request through the relevant partner page. You can also work with our radiologists to build a fully custom report template for your practice.
Yes, it's built into our pricing: published, volume-based rates from $119 down to $89 per case that drop automatically as your monthly volume grows. We believe pricing should be transparent, predictable, and the same for every practice at the same volume, so the conversation with your radiologist stays on your patients, not on rates.
