We'd love to collaborate with you to develop a custom reporting template tailored to your needs to ensure that each radiology report gives you the exact details you require.

Setup Fee: 

• Waived for clients who have submitted 75+ cases in the past 3 months.
• $499 fee is fully credited toward your account balance for clients who submit 75+ cases in the 3 months following creation of the custom template.
• For clients who don't yet meet either threshold, there is a modest $499 setup fee. This fee helps ensure that creating a custom template makes business sense for both of us, as developing a tailored reporting template requires dedicated time from both you and our radiologists to understand your unique requirements and build a solution that truly works for your practice.

Depending on the complexity of your request and the additional time required by our radiologists, a small surcharge for each custom report may apply.
