TractorBeam is a Windows desktop application that saves your practice time and reduces data entry errors by eliminating manual work from your imaging submission process.
It automatically locates the CBCT files, attaches the files to a request form, extracts patient data, and allows you to template common submission requests for streamlined submissions to your radiologist.

If your practice often submits similar requests, eliminate repetitive typing by creating templates once and reusing them over and over again.
Log in using the same credentials you use on the VoxDental website.
Select a folder to "watch" for scans. This should be a folder full of your DICOM images, preferably without subfolders.
TractorBeam will pick up your scans, and you can upload the ones you choose.
If templates are configured, a prompt appears to select one; the request form then opens with Patient Name, DOB, Gender, and scan date prepopulated, along with any template fields.
Finalize your request and submit. You'll get notified as normal on completed cases or items needing your attention.
