Collaboration is our secure, HIPAA-compliant way to share case files and communicate with the doctors on your patient's care team. If you've signed up for BeamReaders, you already have it, free.
Ditch the thumb drives, CDs, and email links. Share patient case files directly from the platform.
Files are available to the recipient instantly, saving your team the time spent downloading and assembling huge 3D files.
Recipients view the full case, including images, uploads, and radiology reports, through a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal.
You manage both your outgoing and incoming shared patients at any time.
Sharing is half the story. Built-in Collab Chats let everyone discuss the patient's care securely and keep the team updated on progress.
Doctors you share with need no software and everything is accessible on the web.
When you share a case, your connected care team sees exactly what you see: the patient files, any BeamReaders reports or portfolios, and one centralized place to communicate.
Choose the patient whose case and files you want to share.
Add the receiving doctor's name and email address.
They receive a secure access link by email.
The receiving doctor automatically gets an email with instructions for securely accessing the case files and communicating. No downloads, no account fees, and they only see the cases they've been granted.
Nice to meet you! It means a patient's radiology report and associated files have been securely shared with you by another member of their treatment team. To gain access, follow the email link and set up a free BeamReaders user account.
One important note: the email can't be forwarded, and you'll need to sign up with the same email address it was sent to. Anything else breaks the secure link.
Most of our referring doctors are working with other doctors, or having a surgical guide made by another party, and need to share the data. With Collaboration on BeamReaders this is simple and immediate. I love it!
Registering is easy, free, and secure. Submit a case, and the whole care team can see what you see.
Collaboration is free on every case, for senders and recipients alike.
