What happens after I use my 30 free reports or the 90 days passes? Are there any fees or charges?
Nope! There are no monthly charges or subscription fees to use BeamReaders. You simply pay per report and are invoiced monthly based on the number of reports ordered.

As part of the DEXIS2026 promotion, your first 30 cases are free over the first 90 days, and the clock starts upon your first case submission. Anything beyond that number or time period is charged based on on our tiered pricing model. This offer expires if not activated within 6 months of your CBCT purchase.

Add-on services, such as rush processing, are not included.

Who is going to be reading my scans?
All of our radiologists are Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologists (OMRs), which means they are dentists who have received additional training in the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology. Many continue to educate, research, and advance the field of oral radiology.

Can I talk with my radiologist?
Absolutely. Every case includes a secure messaging feature called "Rad Chat" that allows your practice to communicate easily with your Radiologist directly from the case. Use Rad Chat if you have a question, or if you have additional information to provide about a case.

If you have already received our report and you have a follow-up question for the radiologist, you can ask your question using Rad Chat, and the radiologist will reply back to your message in a text message style chat. This keeps all case communication HIPAA compliant, and it keeps all communication together in one place.
Why is a credit card required on file during the free promotion?
A credit card is required to cover fees for cases requiring additional services (such as a rush option or add-on analysis) or after your complementary 30 cases are exhausted, or for reports ordered beyond 90 days. All additional add-on fees are shown prior to you submitting your case.
