Customer Support Specialist
Prior to joining BeamReaders in January 2024, Joe previously worked as a customer service specialist assisting patients with their insurance benefits and in a pain management practice making sure patients were getting the best care possible.
Outside work I enjoy walking, playing basketball and playing with my daughter.
