Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist
Dr. Terry Adair earned his DDS degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 1987. He subsequently moved to Sacramento, California, where he purchased a dental practice from a retiring dentist and practiced general dentistry for 26 years. During that time, Dr. Adair remained active in organized dentistry, serving on numerous local dental society committees and as a delegate to the California Dental Association.
Following the sale of his dental practice, Dr. Adair returned to academia and completed his certificate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2019, where he also served as Chief Resident during his second year of residency.
Dr. Adair currently maintains a full-time teleradiology practice focused on cone beam CT interpretation and diagnostic imaging for dentists and specialists throughout the United States.
Dr. Terry Adair resides in Incline Village, Nevada at Lake Tahoe, where he enjoys a multi-sport lifestyle including triathlon training, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing, and part-time authorship.
