About

Dr. Mohammed Husain

Dr. Mohammed Husain is an Associate Clinical Professor and Program Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Residency program at the UCLA School of Dentistry.  He is a Diplomate of the American Certifying Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.  He received his DDS degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2011. After graduating, he completed a residency program in General Dentistry (AEGD) through the Lutheran Medical Center in San Jose (2012), followed by specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at UCLA (2014).

Dr. Husain lectures on various topics in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, including CBCT imaging and panoramic radiography. He also has special interests in 3-D printing, root resorption and incidental pathologies found on CBCT imaging. He has presented nationally on these topics at the annual meetings of the Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (AAOMR).

My special interests include 3-D printing, root resorption and incidental pathologies found on CBCT imaging.
