Dr. Pakchoian currently lives in Florida with his wife and two sons. He enjoys all outdoor activities including going to the beach, playing tennis and riding bikes.
Dr. Pakchoian was born and raised in a farming community in central California. He received his B.S. degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his D.D.S. degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. After dental school, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy and completed a General Practice Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. He subsequently practiced general dentistry for two years in Japan treating Sailors and Marines preparing to deploy.
Dr. Pakchoian completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Connecticut Health Center, School of Dental Medicine leading to a certificate and a Master of Dental Science degree. He is an active member of several professional organizations including: American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, American Dental Association, American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association and the Pasco County Dental Association.
In his leisure time, Dr. Pakchoian enjoys reading, traveling, art, and snow skiing.
