Prior to joining BeamReaders, Deepan was a Technical Support Specialist at the Xerox Corporation supporting B2B clients. I was focused on building and maintaining long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service, and creatively resolving issues to minimize downtime.

In my free time I enjoy playing sports, outdoor activities, spending time with my family, and my dog Teddie.
