How it Works

The BeamReaders Case Portal is designed to manage all your imaging needs. Watch this video for an overview of the workflows and capabilities of the platform. 

It's easy to get started with BeamReaders:

1. Register your practice in our HIPAA compliant web portal

2. Create a new case:

  • Fill in patient information, including clinical notes
  • Select Services (Radiology Report, Image Portfolio, etc.)
  • Select Study Purpose (Airway, TMD, Pathology, etc.)
  • Upload imaging file(s)
  • Input practice credit card

3. The BeamReaders team will get to work on your case.  Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days; rush turnaround (next business day) is available for an additional fee. Fee Schedule

4. You will receive an e-mail when the case is complete.  Login to your account to download the completed file(s)

5. Access all your cases 24/7/365 through our secure web portal
