Dr. Martina Parrone graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in 2003. After practicing general dentistry for five years, managing dental clinics, and consulting for a dental insurance company, she completed a certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and obtained a Masters in Dental Science with a focus in Dental Radiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.

Dr. Parrone is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR). In addition to maintaining a private practice and reviewing for Oral Surgery, Oral Pathology, Oral Medicine, and Oral Radiology (OOOO) journal, she enjoys lecturing nationally on various radiology topics, including cross-sectional anatomy, 3D imaging for endodontic evaluation, radiographic pathology, and general information regarding cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).

Martina lives in California with her husband, two sons, and Catahoula leopard dog. She enjoys being outdoors and practicing hot yoga.
