I have a question for the radiologist or support team about one of my cases. What should I do?
Every case includes secure Comments that allow your practice to communicate easily with our team directly from the case.
Use Comments if you have a question or if you have additional information to provide about a case. Comments are an easy way for you to communicate with the radiologist or with our support team.
If you have already received our report and you have a follow-up question for the radiologist, you can ask your question using Comments and the radiologist will reply via Comments, as well. This keeps all case communication HIPAA compliant, and it keeps all communication together in one place.
