Can I mail you a CD?

Yes, you can; but...

We strongly encourage you to upload your image files through our secure web portal to avoid delays in processing your case.  Uploading your files is easy to do and will allow us to provide you with the quickest turnaround.  If you need assistance uploading files, please contact our support team and we would be happy to assist you.

We understand, however, that if your practice has a slow internet connection, you may need to mail a CD to us.  If you are mailing in a CD, you must first create and submit a case for the patient on our website.  We are unable to begin working on a case until there is a record for the patient in our online system.

Click the "Mail-in" button when filling out the New Case form and you will be provided with our mailing address along with a unique identification number to write on the CD.

Before mailing the CD, please make sure the CD contains files in a format that we are able to read.

Discs will not be returned.  All discs are shredded after the files are uploaded to our system.
